EH is operated by partners, Trae Ellerbe and Kevin Harrison. Trae Ellerbe began as a field landman in 1995 and has continued experience as a field landman/broker specializing in all phases of field land work in both the petroleum and alternative energy industries. Kevin Harrison, who also began as a field landman in 1995, has similar continued experience as both field and in-house roles. As a result of our experience, we have elaborate knowledge in the following:

• Obtain Oil, Gas and Mineral Leases
• Perform complete title searches and examination, which includes, but not limited to: Surface Estate, Mineral Estate, Royalty Estate, Working Interest Estate
• Right-of-Way/Easement and other site acquisition
• Curative, I.e. Ratifications, Affidavits, Subordinations, Deeds, etc.
• Obtain Seismic Agreements/Permits
• Title Memorandums/Determination of Title Liability
• Perform searches of Rights-of-Ways/Easement
• Obtain Legal Descriptions, Property Descriptions and other relevant information
• Negotiate Surface Damages
• Due Diligence
• Determine location of properties by platting Metes and Bounds/Township and Range
• Work hand in hand with attorneys, in-house staff, field staff, etc.
• Acquisition Availability Takeoff
• Create status reports on a weekly/monthly basis
